Frank made me feel guilty because I have not posted in so long. Sorry! It just has been a crazy 2 months, but I am going to try to be better and make sure one of us blogs at least once a week. Frank did a great job wrapping things up. Right now, I am actually once again on the road. I am up in Grafenwoehr, our old home, for a week for work. Unfortunately, so busy, I have no time to meet up with Kalle or other friends! Not even for lunch. Poopy. And, this weekend with Tuesday will make a 4 day weekend if I take off Monday, so we really should take advantage of it and go somewhere I feel like, but not sure I do feel like it!
I have outgrown my harness now, and cannot climb or belay, tragic for Frank... We went bouldering however both days this weekend in the Oztal valley of Austria, me spotting and moving the pad for Frank as best I could. It was nice just to be out in the sunny perfect weather, although I am getting quite jealous not climbing, and fearing the road back to being in shape. I have not had a chance to even go for a walk this week and feel so gross. My belly is huge NOW! Wish that was all that was growing on me. I thought I would be more okay with getting so big, but it really is a shocker and hard to adjust to. Oh yeah, I ordered a body harness which I hope hurries up and comes so I can at least belay Frank and maybe climb a 5.8?? We'll see I guess. I have read a few blogs of women who did climb until their 7th and 8th months. I am about to reach my 7th month here in a few days. Baby Byron is kicking more and more these days, and I feel it all so well now and it always makes me smile. We are still trying to figure out boy names, and I even bought a book finally!
Today is election day I realized. Frank and I voted when we were back in the states :) I proudly wore my sticker. I hardly know what is going on right now with the polls etc, just have not had the TV on or had a chance to read up on it all, but I am sure that is the talk of the nation right now. Looking forward to a change and am anxious to find out the results tomorrow. Better get to sleep, but at least I finally blogged!
Hey guys,
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to here that all is well. Congrats on finding a job Frank. I'm sure that's a relief. The pictures you guys posted are awesome. It looks so beautiful where you guys live now. There has to be boulders in those woods man. Happy boulder searching. It was a lot of fun seeing and climbing with Frank. Wish I could have hung out with Mandy, but I understand how busy the both of you were. I hope that you guys are getting some time to relax together. Oh, I did Darth Mal last weekend. I feel really psyched. Well, I miss you guys, and good luck in the new city. Can't wait to visit.
